Hi, I’m Ada!
Hi, I’m Ada!
Do you feel constantly anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or stuck in the same patterns you can’t seem to change? Do you consider yourself high-functioning and self aware, yet still feel unsettled underneath it all? I work with women who are ready to heal from trauma and the ways it shows up in daily life: through anxiety, relationship struggles, self-doubt, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Trauma doesn’t always come from one defining event; it can stem from relationships, attachment wounds, chronic stress, family dynamics, or years of having to hold it all together.
My approach as an EMDR therapist is trauma-informed and holistic, taking into account your mind, body, relationships, and lived experiences. Together, we gently support your brain and nervous system in developing new, healthier patterns at a pace that feels collaborative and supportive of deeper connection within yourself and your relationships.
If this resonates, you don’t have to take the next step alone. I value the trust and connection we build in therapy and believe healing happens within a relationship rooted in safety, respect, and care. I’m here to meet you where you are and help you feel more grounded, whole, and at ease.
