Hi, I’m Kitty!

													Hi, I’m Kitty!
Are you feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? Do you find yourself struggling with anxiety, depression, or challenges related to food and body image? Are you looking for a therapist who will truly listen and support you in making meaningful, lasting changes?
As a therapist, I prioritize connection, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. In this space, I strive to help you trust your intuition and step into your most authentic self, fostering growth and healing in a way that aligns with your personal journey.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I specialize in working with those navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, and challenges related to food and body image. Together, we will work to explore your experiences and how past relationships or patterns may be impacting your present.
Reach out if you’d like to connect. I’d love to hear from you!
