Liz Lieber, LMSW
Meet Liz!
I’m a relational, attachment-based therapist who believes meaningful therapy begins with a genuine, supportive connection. I offer a collaborative space to explore the emotional patterns that influence how you show up in your career, your connections, and your overall sense of self.
I specialize in supporting young professionals navigating burnout, perfectionism, and the constant pressure to perform. Coming from a high-pressure career in public relations, I have a deep, firsthand understanding of how achievement and self-worth can become intertwined. With a background in both corporate and clinical settings, I know how these demands take a toll on your identity. Therapy can be the necessary space to pause, sort through these pressures, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside.
I also work with individuals who come in feeling anxious or stuck in recurring relationship patterns. Whether you are navigating modern dating or facing relationship challenges, my goal is to help you explore why certain patterns emerge, how they may have once helped you cope, and where they may no longer be serving you.
My approach is integrative and tailored to each client, drawing from evidence-based practices to meet you where you are. Therapy can be a space to slow down, deepen self-awareness, and build more secure, fulfilling relationships, with others and with yourself.
