Comprehensive mental wellness assessment
Sometimes, you just want an expert to check in on your mental health, the same way you’d go for your annual physical or take your car for a service. We recognize that there’s a lot to consider before starting your therapy journey. Sometimes, you feel like you need help but aren’t sure where to start. For others, there are legitimate concerns about the costs or time investment involved in ongoing one-on-one therapy.
If any of this resonates, our Mental Health Annual is for you. In a single extended session, one of our qualified therapists will create a safe space to help you identify issues and patterns, evaluate your general mental well-being, and create a personalized plan with steps to move forward and continue your work outside of an annual check-in. Every Mental Health Annual includes a thorough series of assessments, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, OCD, trauma, body image and disordered eating, alcohol use, attachment style, and more.
To make the most of our 90 minutes, we’ll send you all of the paperwork and evaluations to fill out ahead of time. One of our licensed therapists will carefully review your results and prepare for your session. The first 60 minutes will be getting to learn more about you and your history in your own words and developing a deeper understanding of your current lifestyle, stressors, support systems, and current challenges. The last 30 minutes are reserved for sharing our insights, taking you through your results and, if necessary, equipping you with relevant resources and therapeutic options.
