Meet Rebecca!
If you often feel ‘stuck’ in patterns that no longer serve you, or if your body feels on high alert even when you are safe, you aren’t alone. Many of the struggles we carry into adulthood have roots in our earlier experiences and attachments. These experiences shape how we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world. In therapy, I offer a trauma-informed space where we can gently explore these patterns with curiosity and self-compassion, helping you build awareness, safety, and meaningful change. You don’t have to do this alone.
Therapy is a collaborative and relational process centered on safety, trust, and choice. You are the expert on your own lived experience, and I am here to walk alongside you, offering a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. My work is informed by attachment-based science, as well as emotionally focused and psychodynamic approaches. I integrate parts work, mindfulness, and somatic practices to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and deeper self-connection.
Together, we will explore how past experiences continue to show up in the present, particularly in relationships, emotional responses, and patterns of self-protection. Our work will focus on increasing emotional resilience, tapping into your inner healing resources, strengthening your sense of safety and self-trust, and helping you move forward in ways that feel authentic, grounded, and aligned with your values.
I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, breakups, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, perfectionism, OCD tendencies, boundary setting, stress, grief, and burnout. As a bilingual therapist, I offer therapy in both English and Spanish.
If you feel ready to begin this journey, I would be honored to support you.
